Ale Omsorg provides personal assistance focused on each individual's needs, wishes and right to have a say in their support. For us, good assistance starts with listening, understanding your everyday life and creating the conditions for you to live life on your terms.

We want our customers to feel seen, listened to and confident in their assistance. That's why we work closely with our customers, families and assistants and strive to be a present and accessible partner in everyday life.
Personal assistance also requires knowledge and responsibility. Our approach is built on experience, education and a solid understanding of LSS. Through expertise in areas including law, finance, assistance coordination and recruitment, we work to create safe and well-functioning assistance arrangements.

Through our expertise in law, finance, assistance coordination, recruitment and LSS, we help our customers build safe and stable assistance arrangements characterised by transparency, competence, quality and meaningful influence.
